The Charles Stewart Mott Foundation offers Graduating High School College and Career Ready Grants that are intended to increase high school graduation and college and career readiness outcomes for students, particularly those in low-income communities. Funding is designed to support after-school programs for college and career readiness and innovative strategies in academic coaching and children’s savings accounts for college.
Preference is given to organizations that provide technical assistance or support best practices and professional development to build the capacity of college and career readiness programs; with expertise in research-based coaching models to adapt for middle and early high school students; and those working to promote CSA initiatives to increase graduation rates and postsecondary success.
