The Change Happens Foundation makes grants in the following areas:
• Science: research and education in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
• Environment: programs focused on conservation, climate change, and sustainable energy.
• Education: ideas and practices to educate and prepare students for bright and rewarding futures.
Previous funded projects include a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) learning center; outdoor adventures for disadvantaged students; health and wellness programs; classroom construction for charter schools; digital learning programs; and a lecture hall facility for a university.
Nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations, government entities, and tribes are eligible to apply. Interested applicants must first submit a Letter of Inquiry; selected applicants are then invited to submit a full proposal. Letters must be submitted online.
