The PNC Foundation supports a variety of nonprofit organizations with a special emphasis on those that work to achieve sustainability and touch a diverse population, in particular those that support early childhood education and economic development. The foundation supports educational programs for children and youth, particularly those serving low- and moderate-income children from birth to age five, their teachers, and their families.
Priority is given to programs the focus on mathematics, science, or the arts and include one or more of the following: direct services for children in their classroom or community, professional development for teachers, family engagement in the early education of children being served by grants, and volunteer opportunities for PNC employees. Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations serving communities where PNC has a significant presence. Applications must be submitted online.
