Ohio Attorney General’s FY22 School Safety Grant

The Ohio Attorney General’s Office is offer financial support to eligible Ohio schools for improving school safety. It has been determined by the Attorney General’s office, Superintendent of Public Instruction, and the Director of Mental Health and Addiction Services that school can receive either $2,500 or $5.50/student (whichever is greater). School leaders can decide how to spend the funds so that they are used to improve student’s safety.

Eligibility: This grant is only for Schools, Chartered Non-Public Schools, County Board of Developmental Disabilities, and Educational Service Centers/Districts

Award: Either $2,500 or $5.50/student depending on whichever is higher.

Deadline: June 30th, 2022
