ENGAGEment Labs
ENGAGEment Labs
ENGAGE Interactive Mental Health Solutions has teamed up with EnvisionEdPlus to provide the ENGAGEment Lab model for kindergarten through college educators and counselors, mental health workers, families, and other youth serving professionals.
What are ENGAGEment Labs?
These active and engaging skillshops introduce and practice key skills that build awareness and knowledge to positively impact identified social and emotional challenges in oneself and in those we support or serve.
The ENGAGEment Lab framework is based primarily on interventions and ideas from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness which are all empirically supported for a variety of mental health issues including anxiety and depression.
