Description

The State of Ohio Security Grant (OSG) provides funding to support nonprofits, schools, and religious organizations in improving building security. The purpose of the grant is to reduce the risk of harm from targeted violence. Funding can be used for resources such as cameras, access control systems, alarms, and other physical security enhancements. Applicants must describe their current risk and explain how funding will improve safety and address those risks. 

Eligibility

  • Nonprofit organizations 
  • Chartered nonpublic schools
  • Licensed preschools
  • Must be located in the state of Ohio
