Description

The New York Life Foundation offers grants for afterschool, summer, or expanded learning programs serving middle-school youth. In total, $1.8 million in grants will be awarded to programs all across the country. A total of 30 grants worth $1.8 million will be awarded.

Fifteen 1-year grants of $20,000 will be awarded for programs that show successful student engagement strategies.

Fifteen 2-year grants of $100,000 will be awarded for programs that implement strategies to help young people’s educational attainment by reducing school absences.

Eligibility

Nonprofit organizations serving middle school youth. (At least 75% of those served must be families with low incomes)
