Ohio Arts Council – Capacity Building Program Grant

The Capacity Building Program is committed to helping Ohio art organizations address challenges and strengthen their capacity to serve communities. Projects must focus on one specific area of intentional organizational capacity building. Funding is used to enhance operations and expand knowledge, including support for conference registration fees and virtual learning. The program also supports efforts to engage outside experts, improve planning and evaluation, and invest in staff development. Requests for general operations, promotional activities, or unrelated projects are not eligible.  Funding is available for projects in the following areas:

• Technical assistance and consulting
• Organizational planning and evaluation
• Professional development and training
