Description

The purpose of the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program – Pathways is to create new and innovative behavioral healthcare support programs for youth. Programs should also offer behavioral healthcare career pathway opportunities in rural communities. The goal is to introduce youth to behavioral health careers and to help youth get into formalized training programs, engage youth, and be sustainable.

Eligibility

  • Independent school districts
  • Public or private institutions of higher education
  • Non-profits with or without a 501(c)(3) IRS status
  • For-profit organizations, including small businesses
  • State, county, city, township, and special district governments, including the
    District of Columbia, domestic territories, and freely associated states
  • Native American tribal governments or organizations
