Description

The United Healthcare Children’s Foundation offers grants of up $5,000 to help offset the cost of medial treatments for youth below the age of 16. This is for low-income families within the United States.

Eligibility

Families must make below the following amount to be eligible.

Family of 2 – $65,000 or less
Family of 3 – $100,000 or less
Family of 4 – $135,000 or less
Family of 5+ – $170,000 or less

Child must be under the care of a medical professional.
