The LifeChanger of the Year program recognizes and supports K-12 educators and school employees who make a meaningful impact for youth. This program provides funding to help educators cover classroom supply expenses and reduce the personal costs often associated with creating effective learning environments. Ten public, private, and charter school employees will receive funding to support classroom needs.
Applicants may also be considered for the 2026–2027 National Life Group LifeChanger of the Year program, which offers additional recognition and opportunities to win cash prizes benefiting their schools.
Eligible applicants include K-12 educators and school employees working at public, private, or charter schools across the United States. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to supporting students and making a positive difference in their school communities.
