1 Million Youth Served!

We’re excited to celebrate a major milestone. We have officially reached more than 1 million youth!

Since 2013, we’ve focused on empowering educators, administrators, and out-of-school time professionals to create meaningful opportunities for students. This milestone is more than a number; it represents the students, youth-serving professionals, and communities we’ve impacted. Over the course of 13 years, our journey reflects a commitment to a shared vision by working together with schools, districts, community organizations, and nonprofits across four areas:

• Grant Writing & Funding: Securing over $287 million in funding to bring innovative educational programs, technology, equipment, and community resources to life.
• Professional Development: Equipping youth-serving professionals, from aspiring educators who are still in high school to teachers and administrators to paraprofessionals and bus drivers with the tools, strategies, and confidence needed to support students.
• Consulting Services: Creating tailored solutions to help organizations navigate complex challenges and move forward with plans that fit their needs and align with current state standards.
• Transformative Events: Hosting interactive workshops and gatherings that focus on a specific cause. From inspiring future careers at our Middle School Career Awareness Expo to free informational sessions on upcoming grants. Our events support educational leaders with the information they need to thrive.

Reaching 1 million youth would not have been possible without the assistance of our partners. To every educator, school, district, organization, partner, and community that has been part of this journey, THANK YOU!

While we take a moment to celebrate, it also fuels our work ahead! Our team remains dedicated to supporting underserved communities and expanding access, equity, and innovation in education.

Here’s to the next million youth!
