The Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s Community Grants program invests in 501 (c)(3) non-profit organizations that empower youth through specialized educational initiatives. Funding is directed toward both capital improvements and programmatic operations that provide hands-on training in culinary arts, nutrition, and creative arts, with a focus on fostering life skills and mentorship.
Rather than standard applications, the foundation operates on an invitation-only model. However, organizations that strongly align with their mission are encouraged to introduce themselves by submitting a concise, three-page concept paper detailing their project and financial needs.
Applicants must be a 501(c)3 K-8 school. Other requirements vary depending on which program is being applied for.
