Google Ad Grants help nonprofits in the U.S. and many additional countries share their causes with the world. Through Ad Grants, Google provides nonprofit organizations with monthly funding of in-kind search advertising on Google.com. Selected nonprofits create text-based ads that are displayed on Google.com search results pages when people search for similar nonprofits. This digital marketing can help nonprofits raise awareness, attract donors, and recruit new volunteers. The first step in the application process is to apply for Google for Nonprofits. Once registered with Google for Nonprofits, organizations can apply to activate Ad Grants. Eligibility requirements may vary by country; in the U.S., 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible to apply.
