The Joan M. Wismer Foundation offers grants to nonprofit organizations that go up to $50,000 (or higher in some circumstances). There is a priority on programs that promote partnerships among different organizations and groups within the community as well as those that show plans for sustainability beyond the grant.

Eligibility
