Description

The Rural Changemaker grant provides support to organizations that promote the health and well-being of the rural regions within Interact for Health’s service areas (Within Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky).

Eligibility

Applicants must be a public of private nonprofit organization and provide services to at least 1 of the 20 counties around Cincinnati.
